minute bowl device

when minute bowl must be saved from his life threatening disease, we place him on a robot set of wheels where he can resume his life of being in short lived talk shows.

Where the Spirits go

Dont look for any deeper meaning from me on this one.  I think it just looks neat.  I would say its the most painterly and least digital looking digital painting I done, making it a success to me.  48 layers and 700 megabyte big.

You are a stupid mutant

no one likes you!

what a guy

Frank would come home late from work almost every day.  We would screw with him and pour Pinesol all around the door.  It was always a hilarious time to see him come home and slip right when he walked in.  Until he slipped and fell onto a nail.

I want to visit: GUNKANSHIMA

http://bldgblog.blogspot.com/2004/07/gunkanjima-island.html

"Off the westernmost coast of Japan, is an island called 'Gunkanjima' that is hardly known even to the Japanese. Long ago, the island was nothing more than a small reef. Then in 1810, [with] the chance discovery of coal ... people came to live here, and through coal mining the reef started to expand continuously. Befor [sic] long, the reef had grown into an artificial island of one kilometer (three quarters of a mile) in perimeter, with a population of 5300. Looming above the ocean, it appeared a concrete labyrinth of many-storied apartment houses and mining structures built closely together. "

was once the most densely populated place on earth

Why won't anyone pick me for the baseball team?

this is the first figure i have completed in what will hopefully become a collection for display at the Singapore games and comic convention.  IF IM LUCKY

I was hoping to do a series of more intricate and detailed models, but I have been working on one for a couple weeks now and it is obvious that I won't have time to get many done.  This finished model, however, represents the physical form of the drawings that I have been doing.  It is my "style" per say.  the caption for this guy is "why won't anyone pick me for the baseball team"

Digger Doo Dad

This was my "big project" over the summer before beginning my journey in the far east.  I had spent most of my senior year messing around with Zbrush, which is still a passion of mine, but I had to return to hard surface modeling, just to prove that I still had it.

more recap

Keep in mind that these are all over a year old.  Which is kind of sad.  Since starting my first real job I have struggled to make time to continue doing 3d work.  It is a combination of lack of time and motivation...I didn't think I would fall into it, but it really is true....when you work all day, the last thing you want to do is come home and do more work.

RECAP

Just dumping some old work here from the website/old blog/ whatever i find on my hard drive.

YO Wuddup

This is going to be the replacement for my now defunct website.  I figure its way easier to update a blog than my website (hence me not renewing my subscription).  So check here often for exciting updates.
